Thon Express

I participated in THON through all four years of my Penn State career as a fundraiser and dancer for Springfield House, a Technology Captain, and finally the Technology Overall for THON 2007. THON changed my life at Penn State and continues to do so years later. Now working with other alumni as a committee member for the DMAIG, I am always looking for ways to get involved and bring the THON alumni back together. When I first heard about the THON Express, I was blown away, first in disbelief (135 miles?!), then in awe. It is a perfect example of the ever-growing THON community achieving amazing feats in the name of The Four Diamonds Fund and the kids at Hershey Medical Center. It is an honor simply to know and support the THON Express runners, who continue to show their dedication and refusal to quit until we find a cure!
